We have two options: BeMum or Fertility Nutrition Profile. Fertility Nutrition Profile includes (1) a genetic test looking at genes involved in the metabolism of pro-fertility nutrients and (2) a one-time fertility dietitian session to review your genetic results. The BeMum subscription includes monthly coaching sessions with a dietitian, custom supplements, personalized nutrition plans, and support materials (e.g. recipes, meal ideas, and lifestyle tips). The genetic test is not included as standard but is an optional extra. This program has a minimum subscription of 3 months so that you can maximize benefits for you and your future baby. During the program we may target a diagnosed fertility pathology, inflammation, oxidative stress damage, excess weight, or other fertility relevant factors such as stress, exercise, and sleep health.
Our test analyzes 18 genes related to fertility nutrition, examining 22 genetic variations (SNPs). These genes influence nutrient metabolism, oxidative stress management, and predisposition to metabolic conditions affecting fertility.
You’ll receive a kit with instructions on collecting a saliva sample, which you’ll send to the lab. Results are typically available in about three weeks and will be posted to your FabLife account.
You will receive your results about 3 weeks after you ship your sample to our lab. Log into “My FabLife” on our website and the genetic report will be posted there!
Our approach is fully customized, so there is no one-size-fits-all diet. We create personalized pro-fertility nutrition plans based on your individual health goals, preferences, and lifestyle.

Yes, we offer pro-fertility plans for men and women. Check out BeMum for women and BeDaddy for men.
Both programs are built on scientific research. The BeDaddy program is backed by a clinical study, while BeMum is supported by scientific evidence showing how pro-fertility diets benefit women’s reproductive health. Our patented algorithm calculates each person’s nutritional needs based on genetics, allowing us to personalize your diet and supplementation for optimal fertility.
You can enroll in our BeMum program without a doctor prescribing the program. If you wish to take the genetic test though, we invite you to discuss this with your doctor, if they are not already one of our partner physicians.
